Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments! 

There are over 130,000 people in the UK living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

You can now support this work in the UK and around the World because The May 50K supports the UK MS Society and the MS International Federation. I’ve accepted the challenge to change lives.

Holiday in Croatia

Whilst on holiday this week , I have ensured I still commit to maximise the effort to do Km for this fantastic challenge . 24 Km achieved so far cycling & walking and I have RRMS . Really get a buzz doing this and supporting fellow sufferers of multiple sclerosis 

My life has changed since #TheMay50K 2021

Since last year event . I have continued rowing and yesterday 24th April . I produced a wow moment I had rowed 1,000,000 metres since 1 st May 2021 . Demonstrating that I had an inner belief that with a bit of focus and keeping well I could meet my challenge . All from doing this fantastic challenge ! 

My last 12 month

I did my first May50k in 2021 . I can’t run and walking 50 Km in a month was going to be a real challenge , so I used my rowing machine . Since May 2021 to 4 th feb I have rowed 592 Km . This event has changed my attitude on fitness since been diagnosed with RRMS in May 2012 . I can’t thank the organisers enough and as an ambassador for 2022 event I encourage everyone to signed up and take part
