This is not about 100 kilometers.
It’s about each one of them.
What started as a physical challenge has become something much deeper for me.
Living with Multiple Sclerosis is not something you accept overnight. Sometimes it still feels distant, almost unreal.
But little by little, you learn to listen to your body, to understand it, and to live more in the present.
This challenge is my way of doing that: one step at a time, moving mindfully through every kilometer.Because in the end, it’s not about the 100 km…
it’s about every single step that makes them possible.
There are over 2.8 million people living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.
Working together across the globe, MSIF boost scientific progress to prevent, treat and stop MS. Striving for a world where everyone living with MS can access treatments.
