PEOPLE ARE LEAVING THEIR LIMITS BEHIND.

Thank you to everyone who took part in
The May 50k 2024!

Registrations will open again for The May 50K 2025 soon.

The May 50K is a virtual fitness and fundraising challenge to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. You can take part in your own time, at your own pace and in and around your local area.

The money you raise helps support people affected by MS around the world, alongside funding life-changing research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis.

It’s important that we stay fit and healthy by looking after our physical and mental well-being. The May 50K is a great way to combine the two!

Let’s come together as a community to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.
