My Progress

I'm walking 50 kms this month to leave MS behind

My Progress

65 KMS

My target

50 KMS

Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to increase funding for vital MS research worldwide, improve access to effective treatment and support for everyone – no matter where they live.

There are over 2.8 million people living with MS and over 5000 living in South Africa. I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

Research and global action are the keys to changing the future of MS, so I’ve accepted The May 50K challenge to change lives.

My Updates

Day 8

Day 8

Windy and cold today.

But when the going gets tough...

Day 7

Day 6

MS challenge

Day 6

What a privilege to be able to move freely, unlike many people suffering from multiple sclerosis

Day 5. Monday after work activity

Thought for the day: Someone with multiple sclerosis would give anything to have what I consider as a normal, run of the mill day...

Day 4 Bunnies supporting me en route today

Day 3

Committed to the challenge to benefit those less fortunate in terms of their health

Day 2

After work activity Good for the cause. And stress release

The privilege of mobility

We easily take for granted being able to move freely and unrestrained.
People with multiple sclerosis often face major battles with their sight, balance anf simply getting around.
