Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

On 13 May, I reach the grand old age of 50. Eek. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the privilege of reaching this milestone than to dust off my trainers (the ones that are actually intended for exercise) and join MSIF’s May 50K.

A combination of lockdown and the perimenopause means there's a bit more of Kerry to love of late, so I see this as an opportunity to get healthy again and I really hope that I can run/stagger most of the way.

I am fortunate in that I can do this; many people don’t have that choice and for many people who are joining me for this event, the challenge is that much greater.

All money raised will fund research and better access to treatment, care and support for the 2.8 million people around the world who are living with Multiple Sclerosis.
